Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to love your Water Pipe art from Creations by Jacoba. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out via email within 30 days. While I don't often offer returns, if any damage occurs during the shipping process or you are not satisfied with your piece, I will work with you to find a solution! What Is Included
In each package sent by Creations by Jacoba, you will receive: your selected Water Pipe, a downstream, a clear bowl, cleaning instructions, and any add-ons you have selected. Please note that custom water pipes also come with the same items.
